Up early today to find some tired baby possums in a tree in the backyard

off to get a pedi and then home to make my first ever batch of french macarons

finishing the day with a new bag for a Christmas present (and some Modern Family, Junior Masterchef and Offspring). Perfect day. Pity it's Sunday night :(

Spring Racing fever

ok, so I'm not planning on heading to any races, but have gotten into the spirit. I made a necklace on Sunday which became my headband today. Who needs to spend loads on a fascinator???
